iOS 18 to introduce Topographic Maps feature For those unaware, the Topographic Maps feature was introduced to Apple Watch devices with the watchOS 10 update released in June 2023. This feature provides information that might be needed during outdoor activities like hiking, showing trails, elevation, and points of interest. Currently available only in the United States, the Topographic Maps feature is revealed to be added to iOS 18, macOS 15, and visionOS 2 operating systems. Thus, it will be usable on iPhone, Mac, and Vision Pro as well. Apple will introduce iOS 18 at the WWDC 2024 event and then make it available for use. This annual event, scheduled for June 10-14 this year, will be conducted online.
